ASNC Fall Dinner Meeting 2016

The Fall Dinner Meeting will be held on:

Thursday, October 27th from 4:30-8pm at the Country House in East Haven

Registration will take place from 4:00-5 pm followed by a short business meeting.

Come enjoy the food and networking

The speakers will be:

Mike Papale from In a Heartbeat, a foundation which raises money to provide AEDs to schools. He will be speaking about his own experience with cardiac arrest.

and

Betsy Nilan, daugher of the late Mary Ann Wasil, founder of the Get in Touch Foundation an orgainization which provides a program in breast health education for schools.

1 Contact Hour will be provided

We will also be honoring recent retirees and award recipients

The price is $45.00 for member and $50.00 for non-members

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Refunds cannot be provided but tickets may be transferred to another person.

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information by logging into Eventbrite, clicking on My Tickets and updating your information there.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is helpful and quicker for registration if you bring your ticket with you. We can however, register you at the event manually.

What is the refund policy?

Because we have to give the facility a count prior to the event and we must pay for that number we cannot provide refunds. You can however, transfer your registration to another person. Transfer of funds to you is the responsibility of the person to whom you are transferring your registration.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The attendee should just give their name and the ticket name to whomever is registering them at the event.
